On page S43 in Table 2 under Recto-vaginal fistulas, Types 2, 3 and 4 of Goh's (2004) classification are incorrectly specified.

The correct information is shown below:


Type 1: Distal edge of fistula >3.5 cm from hymen

Type 2: Distal edge of fistula 2.5–3.5 cm from hymen

Type 3: Distal edge of fistula 1.5–<2.5 cm from hymen
